Robert Brown established Ice Cream Express in 2000, with just one 4 door freezer truck. He started with a small amount of bodegas in North Philadelphia. Since then, he has gained a warehouse, two refrigerated trucks and six employees. We Serve all of Philadelphia and Delaware counties.
